DESCRIPTION
RL-C 300 is a premium APP (Atactic Polypropylene) polymer modified bituminous waterproofing membrane reinforced with a high-strength carrier. It provides excellent resistance against water penetration, UV exposure, weathering and temperature variations while offering superior mechanical performance and long-term waterproofing protection. It is suitable for residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure waterproofing applications.
USES
The membrane is recommended for waterproofing applications including:
- Roofs
- Basements
- Water Tanks
- Retaining Walls
- Bridges
- Multi-storey Buildings
- Industrial Structures
It provides excellent flexibility at low temperatures and stability at high temperatures for long-lasting waterproofing performance.
APPLICATIONS
RL-C 300 membrane can be installed using:
1. Fully Bonded
Roll out the membrane, align properly and torch the underside until the polyethylene film melts. Press firmly onto the primed surface. Maintain 75 mm side laps and 100 mm end laps, ensuring all joints are completely sealed.
2. Partially Bonded
Torch the membrane in spot-bond pattern while maintaining the same overlap requirements. Torch seal all laps properly.
3. Loose Laid
Recommended where applicable. Lay the membrane loose and torch seal only the overlaps while maintaining proper lap dimensions.
