Application Method
Mix the pre-measured acrylic polymer liquid with the cementitious powder using a slow-speed mechanical mixer until a smooth, homogeneous slurry is achieved. Small batches may be mixed by hand.
Apply the first coat to a clean, pre-dampened surface at approximately 1 kg/m² using a stiff brush. Allow the first coat to cure overnight before applying the second coat at the same coverage rate using a brush, broom, or spray equipment.
Surface Preparation
All surfaces should be structurally sound, clean, and free from dust, laitance, oil, grease, curing compounds, loose particles, paint, or any contaminants that may reduce adhesion. Highly absorbent substrates should be pre-dampened before application.
Storage & Shelf Life
Store CHEMFLEX-C in its original unopened packaging in a cool, dry location, protected from direct sunlight. Under recommended storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months.
