CS FLOWGROUT GP is a ready-to-use, cementitious non-shrink grout formulated from Portland cement, graded fillers, and chemical additives. It provides controlled expansion in the plastic state while minimizing water demand, producing a consistent, high-strength, durable and void-free grout for precision grouting applications.

The grout provides high early and ultimate strength with excellent bonding to concrete and steel.

Key Features & Benefits

Packaging

CS FLOWGROUT GP is supplied in 20 kg bags.

Application

Surfaces must be clean, sound and free from oil, grease, dust, laitance and loose particles. Bolt holes and pockets should be cleaned with oil-free compressed air.

Add the specified quantity of clean water to a suitable container and gradually add the powder while mixing at low speed (300–500 rpm) until a smooth, lump-free grout is obtained. Recommended mixing time is 3–5 minutes.

Place the grout within 20 minutes of mixing. For base plates, maintain continuous flow from one side only to avoid air entrapment. For large-volume applications, a grout pump or suitable pouring method can be used.

Curing

Exposed areas should be cured immediately after grouting. Keep moist for at least 3 days using water spray, wet burlap or curing compound, and protect the grout from direct sun, wind and frost.

Important Notes

  • Do not add extra water.
  • Do not use damaged or opened bags.
  • Use within the specified pot life.
  • Follow the recommended water dosage and application instructions for best performance.
