CHEMGUARD-P is a high-performance one-part acrylic primer and joining resin specially formulated to penetrate and seal porous asphalt and concrete surfaces. It provides excellent adhesion between the substrate and subsequent acrylic coating systems.
CHEMGUARD-P is particularly designed for use in multipurpose sports floor systems, where it creates a strong bonding bridge for subsequent layers and helps improve the overall durability of the system.

Sports Applications
CHEMGUARD-P can be used as a primer for sports surfaces including:

Application
The substrate must be clean, dry, sound and free from dust, loose particles, grease and other contaminants that could affect adhesion.
Apply CHEMGUARD-P by airless sprayer or brush until the surface is adequately saturated. Avoid creating puddles.
Consumption: 200–300 g/m², depending on substrate absorption.
After the primer begins to dry, approximately 1 hour at 25°C, the next coating layer can be applied according to the sports flooring system.

Asphalt
- Minimum 30 days old
- Recommended slope: 0.7%–1%
- Properly compacted substrate
- Suitable road-grade asphalt construction
Concrete
- Minimum 30 days old
- Smooth, power-trowelled surface
- Free from cracks
- Moisture content below 4%
- No rising humidity
- Recommended slope: 0.7%–1%
Storage
Store CHEMGUARD-P in its original sealed packaging in a cool, dry place. Protect from direct sunlight and frost.
